Referral for Microsoft new grad
I have tried many times (for internship) but didn't get a call from Microsoft. Can anyone here refer me for a new grad role (Mobile / Full Stack) at Microsoft? Will highly appreciate it. Also is there any specific reason Microsoft doesn't interview many new grads? Experience: 2 internships + 2 Yoe full time
Referrals don't mean much for new grads, it's a different process. Stalk LinkedIn for your "University Recruiter" and email them directly. Also, go to your career fair, they interview lots of people there.

Referral won't work for new grad as the university recruitment pipeline is different. Apply through the career portal for new grad position. That's how I managed to get interview call and many of my friends too. You should be able to find next year's new grad job link posted early next month. All the best.
