Refiled H1B transfer 07/16 still waiting for response
H1B transfer filed 05/10(premium processing) RFE Denied on 06/15 Refiled h1b transfer , receipt generated on 07/16 (pp) and still waiting for final decision. Anyone filed on 07/16 and got response from CSC? update: got RFE on 07/24. This time it was questioning the Relevance of degree to the position . Anyone received same RFE?

OP, is this a SDE job? I got the same RFE reason as your first try for progressive experience. Provided employment verification letters and expert letter. Now I am worried.
It is sql dba position and yes i provided the employment verification letter and expert letter this time , but when i received RFE my attorney did not submit an expert letter. When did you answer RFE?
Thanks OP. Fragomen is about to response to RFE next week. Have faith buddy. USCIS is a joke. Their officers who have no clue about what these technologies are have the right to decide another persons career. If employer wants to hire u they know you r with it thatโs why they hire u. Not those so called officers.
