Reject after successful interview, no feedback as well

I had interview with fb, able to give optimal solution for all coding question, good design session and behavioral as well.

Fb said they are not moving ahead with my application, and they don't share feedback as well. What you guys think where i didnt passed?

I saw many ppl who failed in coding but got the offer.

Please provide suggestion for future improvement.

Successful in your head, you'd be surprised how much you missed from the perspective of the interviewer.

Being able to answer each question doesn't necessarily mean you did well.

What was the interviewers body language? What was their tone and what words, if any, did they use? Were there any questions they dug into?

I'm looking to see that my responses resonated with the individual and that they gave me a warm closing to the interview.

"How do you know if people like you?"

      "What's your calculation method?"

Try to improve on your Attention to detail, you have misspellings in your post, maybe if were conscious enough during your interview you won’t be asking this question here.

This could be true. Above you’ve said E5 or E5 when asked for level.
So may be you are not aware of your silly mistakes during the interview.
Also, your denial shows your resistance to adapting and learning.

Usually people who think they passed but didn’t actually have no idea how badly they failed.

Facebook is bad about giving no feedback compared to Google.
    Mar 141
    • Huh, I had the opposite experience. Google recruiter said he couldn’t share anything when I asked and instead gave me a very vague sense on how I did. FB recruiter told me exactly how the post-on-site discussions went without me even asking.

Also at the end of one of my on-site sessions, I asked a Google interviewer for how my solution was and he said he couldn’t give feedback. Alternatively at FB I had a couple interviewers at the end of a session say that my solution was good, again without any prompting.

How were your soft skills? I think these companies evaluate those pretty heavily too.

    Have you done mock interviews?
After having done almost 100 mocks and getting feedback, I know pretty much where I screw up. It’s not much a mystery to me any more if I get rejected.

Also it might not be about you. People reject you for all strange reasons. There’s a lot of randomness in this.

Be patient and keep checking back for availability. I got those 40 over 5 months.
Also I interviewed with real companies there which gives me extra practices. As well I am consistently in top 10% (according to them) - that might help me to get more practices but maybe not.

Hahahaha, what a dumbell. If the interview went as well as your title is alluding to, you would be jerking off to your offer letter right now. Instead you're whining like a little bit.ch on blind. Try again next year 😂😂😂
