Rejecting FB offer?
Accepted FB E4 270k TC offer two weeks back. Yoe 4. Have decided to reject it now! Will I be blacklisted? Reason - Similar salary offer from Google and two sigma. don't base answer on TC. They are very close. I have kind of decided to go with Google. Just wondering if anyone knows what the consequences of that are, since I have already accepted the FB offer.

Not sure what FB does, but in general be apologetic and give some personal reason and appreciate their time

Did you sign or verbally accepted? Regardless the answer shouldn't change your decision, so just move on and don't worry. I don't think you would be black losted
How much is base and rsu at both places? Are roles similar as well?
