What is preferable to you? A rejection letter or a scheduled phone call for them to tell you you didn’t get the job? Does the phone call count as a high-touch recruiting experience? Not that they gave any feedback...
I prefer recruiter flys to my town and let me know in person while having a dinner together at my home.
😂
An email asap.. They won't give feedback anyway so a call is useless
Email for sure, I don't want any schedule, wait and etc for the phone call. I've got it once, that was frustrated experience
Recruiters calling to say I sucked in the interview ?? Fk them
Email. When I get news about a call, I assume it's an offer.
Email. My friend finished onsite and recruiter scheduled call with HM. I congratulated him...said a call means he’s gonna get the offer. Turns out the HM really liked him but some negative feedback meant no hire. Super frustrating.
