Stay away from Tenderloin

Do you need parking?

Microsoft blime OP Apr 1, 2019

Yes, how much does parking cost? Would $100 a month cover that?

Similar question. Thoughts on Daly City?

Kind of a sad place if you’re looking for a city with walkable areas

How so? Pacifica is right next door with some amazing trails.

Twin peaks. You can find cheaper than 3300

Is it a nice neighborhood? How’s the weather?

Google Pazzi Apr 1, 2019

Daly City is a great option. Close to the ocean. 20-25 minutes to Uber and Lyft. Safe. Street parking with no 2 hour restrictions in residential zones. 2 Bart stations at DC and Colma. Plus the rents are significantly lower.

Thanks. I didn’t give Daly City a thought until this.

Tenderloin is where the action is. Get in while the going is good!
