Planning to move to SF in a month or two. What would be decent neighborhoods to rent a 1 bed apartment based on following criteria. Safe for running Peaceful Parks Commute under 25 minutes from Uber/Twitter Rent - trying to keep under 3300 TC: 270K
Do you need parking?
Yes, how much does parking cost? Would $100 a month cover that?
250-350+ depending on location
Look at mission, noe valley, maybe sunset
panhandle/NOPA area checks the list
Yes, both good choices for running / park proximity
Bernal heights, noe valley, hayes valley, north beach

Daly City is a great option. Close to the ocean. 20-25 minutes to Uber and Lyft. Safe. Street parking with no 2 hour restrictions in residential zones. 2 Bart stations at DC and Colma. Plus the rents are significantly lower.
