Rent a allergy free place

Is it tenant right to know if prev. residents have pets? My baby is allergic to lots of things and I have to find a bigger apartment in eastside (seattle). Any suggestion?

Lots of places don’t allow pets. Shouldn’t be a problem to confirm policy has always been no pets.

This place is awesome

If the baby is THAT allergic to things , you’re better off hiring a special cleaning crew anyway and changing carpets. Just because a place became pet free a year ago doesn’t mean there isn’t dander in the carpet

That doesn’t help if the kid NOW has severe responses. This is from a parent whose kid starts vomiting when exposed to several common things. And he has since born, so we couldn’t get around it. New research is showing that major immune responses may be related to mom’s use of some classes of neonatal supplements.

Yup, we have. Many. He’s 5 now. Those approaches work better for some issues (like peanuts) than others. Plus it depends on the kind of immune response. Your initial post just hit me wrong because it’s the sort of thing that people tell us ALL THE FUCKING TIME, with zero knowledge of the specific situation. It isn’t helpful, and sometimes people think it just won’t matter or might be helpful(!) if they give us something with small amounts. Then our next several days are terrible. Fuck those people who are like “it was the last ingredient! It shouldn’t have mattered! I didn’t think it would hurt!” Well it did and now our kid’s vomiting or in the hospital again. Assume that people who talk about serious health issues actually know wtf they are talking about.

You can blame the vaccines you pumped into your baby on its first day of life for those allergies. Hopefully you learn and will scrutinize future pharmaceuticals decisions. I speak from experience and research. My kid is also allergic to many thing.

Feel free to read about “side” effects published by CDC, https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/vac-gen/side-effects.htm Heres the VAERS database maintained by government for tracking adverse reactions, https://vaers.hhs.gov/data.html Don’t be a closed-minded asshole.
