Hi, we're renting our huge single family home in Pleasanton, however, we found a person who seemed to really like our house and wanted to move in ASAP. Her background check and income seem to be healthy. She also does have 2 cars. I just don't understand what we could be missing here, why would someone live alone in such a large room? Is this part of some scheme?
She might be planning on subletting to other people at higher amounts than you and keeping the income.
Could be this. You could add a clause in the contract that says no subletting or any other type of thing like airbnb. But not sure whyd you care, as long as you get rent and she is responsible for the tenants.
She doesn't seem to have that subletting idea at all. She would probably have some guests maybe.
Obviously a higher class escort. You should see if she's into 3somes instead of paying rent.
No she's not.
โNo, sheโs notโ what? Not a high class escort, or not into 3-somes?
Your house could be used as location for adult movie
Lol
Put into your lease agreement - no subleasing
Most likely to store bodies in the walls like Sicario
This comment made my day.
Damn that was a good movie
Could have a large family and be in need of guest rooms; additionally if they work from home, may need office space
I rented a huge 4 bed 3 bath house with a backyard and frontyard just for myself. 1. Surprisingly, I got the house only at a slightly higher price than a 2b2b place in a city that I was planning on initially. 2. I already had plans to invite guests over during my stay (I took permission from the owner already). I had 4-5 friends visiting me for a long weekend, and a few other friends who would visit over regular weekends. While they were ok booking a hotel/Airbnb close to my rented house, I thought it would be great to have them stay over in this huge house. 3. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and I loved it. I would spend time in the backyard which had butterflies flying from one flower to the other. Beautiful! 4. When my friends left after the long weekend, I thought about subletting one of the rooms. But I didn't spend a lot of time actively looking for someone, so couldn't find it. All the young people wanted to stay close to the city, so I let it be.
Thank you for providing this perspective. Much appreciated. ๐๐๐
Is this your new handle anti|ay2?
What did she say when you asked?
Heโs already lonely and youโre gonna kick dirt on him by not renting?
