Renting apartment without credit history
Moving to the Bay Area from Europe on an O-1 visa. Does anybody have had any issues with applying for apartments without a US credit history/score? Looking at places below 3x rent. So that shouldn’t be an issue.

Show them your job offer, a recent paycheck, a recent bank statement and your European credit report. People in the Bay Area are used to people moving in from overseas.

Up to the landlord's discretion. Recommendation letter from your previous landlord (if any), bank account statement, higher deposit (reimbursed after x months) are things to keep in your back pocket.
Whats 3x rent?
3 times rent < TC, I assume.
Rent lower than 3x base.
