Repatriating money(inr) from India HDFC NRE to a US account.
Has anyone tried this, is the process easy , are there too many fees we have to pay, how fast is it, any limit on amount of transfer, any inputs? #forex #finance

Wire transfer. About 20-35 dollars in fees IIRC (for SBI)

Just do a wire transfer or use bookmyforex.com
