Hi all, I recently rescheduled a final-round onsite at a medium-large company. Something came up that was on the same date as my onsite, and since I was still many weeks from the onsite, I asked to reschedule. They said okay, and we found a new time to schedule and then I updated the Google Calendar invite. Everyone who originally accepted accepted the newest invite, except one. Should I ask if the person who rejected has availability later in the day?
lol dont worry about it. They'll figure it out
I just came back from an interview where they were scrambling to find replacement people due to two people being out that they thought would be there. Don’t sweat it. It’s their job to interview you and make sure it’s complete.
I sent an email to one of my interviewers and they have yet to respond. I’m starting to grow worried, is there anything I should try doing ahead of the interview? I’m worried that they think that I tried pulling a psychological trick on them by asking for an earlier interview.

But why ? How does it matter if one rejects ?
I’m worried that they’re upset that I asked to reschedule, and by reducing my interview by 1 interviewer, I’ll be fighting an uphill battle.
i think you’re worrying a little too much. its their schedule problem... they’ll figure it out. You focus on interview skills etc...
