Had my interview at the Sunnyvale office yesterday and I was wondering if you guys had any idea about how long it takes for them to make a decision? Also, is there a team match interview for this position or not? The first recruiter I talked to said onsites would be the final step before the offer, but another recruiter told me there will be a 15 min informal team match phone interview after you pass onsite.
Did you hear anything from the recruiter? I heard they are going through major re-org in Sales and CE organization and hence there is a temporary headcount freeze. Would like to hear from you.
This is true and untrue. They’ve been re org now for 6 months. Shouldn’t take this long
Any updates
When did you hear from the recruiter after on-site interview.. after a week?

Sadly it will take ages. You will not get an offer letter before 3-4 team matching. You are looking at 4-6 weeks from now MINIMUM
Crap... I thought they overhauled the process to be more efficient... is your knowledge of the process from a recent experience ?
Yes, you are screwed if you get a dumbass recruiter.
