The last time I was searching jobs (many years ago), my resume was for a developer. Now after considerable managerial experience, I am looking for EM positions . I have changed it considerably but still feel that the resume needs a good overhaul. Can anybody recommend some resume coach who could do this ? Has anybody used such services ? Thanks
is resume coach a thing? just articulate your experience in your resume and have a friend or two proofread it. As an EM you probably would read a lot of resumes so why can't you do your own.
I have seen a ton of resumes but all developer resumes. There is indeed a set of people who can add jazz to the resume
mate if you can't jazz up your own resume then the onsite isn't going to be easy. Everybody spices up their experience/title on paper and in interviews so better to be good at a game we have to play anyway. How long have you been an EM?
