Looks like RMN has many senior-level open positions. Their comp structure and benefits are impressive too. However, looks like they recently had layoffs and many C-level changes. Also found Glassdoor reviews saying Senior devs are leaving. So, peeps at RMN, do you think it is still worth giving a shot? 5yoe/130K/Austin.
For Austin, comps are top notch. Every year we’re voted one of the best places to work in Austin. Great benefits too. I would definitely highly recommend it. Just brought over a friend at a manager level and this wouldn’t be possible as easily before the changes and people leaving. Generally the changes at the top tend to create a lot of shakeup and they definitely did. That being said, it’s a great time to come onboard and have a large impact on the company
That's some good info. The perks seem really great too. Do you know what the TC range and comp structure for a senior backend dev role are?
How’s the interview? Lc easy/medium?
RMN is a great place to work. As an engineer here, you’ll have tons of opportunity for ownership and growth. Great coworkers, smart and high EQ. Although there has been a lot of shakeup in recently months, it is still a great place to come to work every day.
What RSU comp and TC like?
No one will answer the TC question, implying it's 💩. Free food isn't really worth it.
I’ll share TC if you share yours

How do u know the comp structure is good? Plz tell me u aren’t going off Glassdoor.
I did go off of Glassdoor. I don't know anyone who works there. Do you know what their "actual" comp structure look like?
No but I’ve found Glassdoor is wildly inaccurate, especially given most reports are not really TC (ie no RSU, etc).....not sure if rtmn gives RSUs though.
