I travel frequently for my work.
I am a big fan of providing feedback for the customer service, most of the times it is a good experience, occasionally its the bad one.
On my recent trip, my experience with United was bad, they sent me a feedback email and I gave them a poor rating.
Later I got a email that they will look into it. Standard reply.
A few days later I got an apology email with a $400 gift certificate.
As my trip was paid for by my company is it ok to keep it.
Should I contact HR and ask ?
- Spectrum Brands / DesignDSDg63Keep it. They are paying YOU for your feedback on their services to YOU. Your company had no involvement in that.
