What to expect? Will it only comprise of “tell me about a time...” type scenario based questions? People who’ve attended similar interviews at Roku, please shed some light?! P.S. I absolutely love Roku as a Product and would love to work there

Any insights from @roku folks or ppl who’s been thro it?
Yes. I’m the one who interviewed. Onsite has 6 rounds of 45 min interviews. Mine was on a team that built internal tools for Roku’s creative teams. Met with 2 engineers, 2 product, and 2 creative team members. It was fairly behavioral and scenario based. Nothing technical. Prepare thoroughly about your current work and how well you know their product. I researched a lot about Roku’s market trends and how it’s disrupting the streaming industry. Most or all of them liked my enthusiasm. Unfortunately, I didn’t get an offer but they did like me and asked for few referrals because of my YOE. Keep in mind that they took a month to get back to me after the onsite. All in all, great onsite experience, lovely people and campus. You also get a free Roku box worth $100.
