RSU refreshers are limited to extremely high performers at MTS level. Don't count on it.

Promo raises are typically 2-10% (probably normally distributed in that range), bonus are allocated by level, i.e. MTS = 10% maybe with a slight modulation
Cool thx, got an offer from salesforce and debating about that. Workday does good rsus every year and there is no bonus

You most likely won’t get a refresh after the first year. After the second year of you are in the top 20% or thereabouts I would say around 20k-45k
I got one off cycle refresh. Other than that no refresh during my 5 year tenure. Unlikely to get refresh as mts unless there’s bad politics or high turnover in your org. Best bet is to be high performing smts+. My average raise was 3.5-4%. Mts target bonus is 10%. Smts/lmts 15%
