You don’t like going out in nature trails or parks and doing it? Urban running is not my thing but Central Park is just perfect.
Also, I listen to podcasts the whole 45 minutes.
      And I don’t have to Equinox $2,500 a year for a membership.
Not trying to convince you, just sharing why I like it.

I d like doing it on trails and such unless the it refers to running :)

But yeah, I get some people like it. But it’s the kind of activity that needs an exciting podcast just to be able to do it because the activity itself is so ... boring.

Back in college I used to run about 30 mpw for fun and with a run club. Distances would be anywhere from 3-12 miles depending on the mood (I didn’t follow any training programs or set plans), and pace was around 7-8 minutes/mile. These days I run at most 15 mpw at about a 9:30 pace. I got an ankle injury a few years than never fully healed despite countless PT sessions and 5 miles is the most I can run in a given session before my ankle feels totally wrecked.
