Is 50k base plus commission a good comp for an SDR?
What's the OTE and how many reps are hitting at or above that number?
OTE is 70k. I don't have much data to compare others to since it's a fairly new position here, but I'm well on my way.

What field? What kind of sales cycle do you deal with? Is commission structured around deals closed or qualified appointments set? If the commission structure is attainable with reasonable goals that's probably not bad.
Software industry. Commission structured around qualified appointments.
I forgot to mention that it's a long, enterprise sales cycle.
Seems reasonable; thats where ours are if they're right out of college.

So many factors here. Sdr is a hard to price role if you are in a startup (given the 'it's a fairly new position around here'). Think about quantitative results and you'll get the answer you're looking for and want to present.
It depends on where you work/how much experience you have. That base is higher than what I offer my new SDR's
