Do you rent/own? BART, walk, or drive? What's your commute like? Specifically looking for those who work in SOMA (Twitter, square, uber, etc) but any info is welcome. We're Seattleites.

I live in SOMA, 10 minute walk
Live in the Mission. 15 mins commute via BART and paying 30% less than living in SOMA or FiDi
Owning is the only way to live.
Rent in south beach/China basin area, 15 minute walk to work.
Mission
Excelsior
Highly underrated part of town. Quiet, good cheap food, safe, super easy to get downtown. The parking situation is surprisingly shitty.
Homeless in SF. Some days I'm in soma. Other days in mission. When I'm feeling particularly jaunty I'll be in Russian Hill. Noe valley for quiet days. My brethren and I are to thank for that exquisite stench of piss every time you enter SF. I leave my belongings at work, take a shower and eat there as well. I save almost all of my income. Should be able to afford a 3M home within a year. I can't find women to bring home so there's no need to have one.
