SFDC v FB WLB
How does Salesforce and Facebook compare in terms of WLB? I have an offer from FB but have heard horror stories about stress and crazy hours at FB. I work close to 50 hrs at SFDC and the company encourages leaving your work in the office. Debating if a few 10G’s are worth moving for.

Move to another team in Salesforce. OOM. WLB here is way better than Facebook.
I do like my job here, don’t want to change teams. FB just chased me for a long time and I finally caved and interviewed.
FB is way worse (might double hours) compared to SF according to many of my friends.
