Interested to see what I should be expecting. Pay scale/ Glassdoor said total compensation ~ $100K Background: Undergrad business admin 1.5 YOE SQL, Excel, Tableau
Probably more like $150-$160K TC. Glassdoor underestimates. I recently got an offer for $160K base (without evening negotiating) where Glassdoor said $125K.
Yeah, Glassdoor salary data is unreliable. Check levels.fyi for more accurate numbers.
