Does your company show it’s employees what they are making in relation to the level and/or role they are in? So say for example, hypothetically, you’re a Sr. Software Engineer making $150K base salary and you’re up for your yearly performance review, at that time, do you get to see what you’re making in relation to what the salary range is for the role?

    A good cisco manager will tell you where you are relative to what they now call “market reference ranges.” Previously they would have told you where you are wrt the median for your grade but I think that’s gone.
