Is it true many Indian couples are in sexless marriage?
I have been at my current company for about 18 months and so far enjoy what I am doing. But looking at salaries on blind, I feel I am underpaid. The dilemma is should I start looking out now or should I just continue here because I enjoy what I am doing and look out only when I’m tired of the role.? Also, I’m a new dad and finding it difficult to prepare. Any suggestions? TC: 240K YOE: 11 Bay Area
Get a better offer, ask for counter, stay with your incremented pay.
Been in the same shoes. See how far you can get by asking for an adjustment internally? They seem to be willing to do a lot if you're on the fence of quitting.
On H1B and not sure if I should take that risk. Have a review early next year.
