Salary Range for Technical Program Manager at Facebook
What’s the salary range for Technical Program Manager at Facebook? The position requires atleast 5 years experience. I am expecting an offer today. Please tell Base, RSU, Sign On Bonus (range of all). Also I see on Blind that many people get 50K-100K sign on bonus. Is it only for software developers/managers?

TPM seems close to non-SWE engineering (eg, other IC levels) in terms of comp. IC4 - 125-140K IC5 - 165-180k Maybe less RSUs

I know someone who works at Facebook and knows the recruiter quite well. She told my feedback was quite good. The recruiter also emailed me on Tuesday that she will contact me very soon with next steps ! PS- Yeah there is no guarantee that I will get offer. But better be prepared !
