Not really. We didn't talk about pay but they found outside offers to be very attractive.
They said that they worked 50+ hour work weeks and for that, their pay was low. At their new companies they worked less and made the same/more.
Some of them are regretting it now because of stock increase and others are fine with it because they hate being inside the office for prolonged period of time (10 hour work days and some on the weekend).
The Amazon brand probably helped them get better offers elsewhere.
