What base + stock + bonus can I expect at Credit karma for a senior engineer with 9 years of experience?

    Credit Karma doesn't pay much. I would imagine somewhere around $150 to $180 base with 40k or so in rsu's. No idea on sign on bonus.

      Lol, 150 is for SW level 1. Sound like someone who doesn’t negotiate. 180 is like level 2 number. 40k rsu? Come on man. Is it like 5 years ago when you got hired?

      The 40k number I threw out for RSUs was the value per year. You will get RSUs valued around $160,000 over four years.

      I would estimate you'll receive a total comp offer of $190k to $220k per year.

      In private companies they have to calculate the fair market value for tax reasons. This is the current value if sold on the private market
