Salary negotiation tips
Currently working as technical architect in Infosys with CTC 20lpa. Recently got offer from oracle India for 25lpa and for position IC4 position. I am looking for 28. Please provide tips for salary negotiation?

That is too low. I thought India has packages in 50 lpa range

If it's OCI it pays more. I had IC4 offer for 60LPA
