www.transparentcareer.com I’ve seen a number of people on here discussing viability and advantages/disadvantages of doing an MBA. I’m pursuing my MBA full-time now and wanted to highlight this resource that’s especially useful for understanding typical roles and total compensation packages for MBA graduates. Think Glassdoor/Paysa, but with a focus on the MBA. Much better than looking at aggregated employment reports for individual schools or using noisier data like you get from other available services.
MBAs are like gold to Amazon recruiters. I'd commonly see $120+ base offers right after college for MBA grads.
Judging by the data on the site, it seems like 120k base and 80k other compensation is the average for MBA hires at Amazon. They’re definitely not the only tech company with that attitude either.
