Sales Operations Analyst Offer - Austin
I just received an initial offer from Vmware for a Sales Ops Analyst role. I’d like to hear opinions. 3 years experience at Intel. 1 year in a Systems Analyst role and 2 years in a sales ops role. Note this offer is for Austin TX TC: 95.2ku Base: 85ku Bonus: 12% annually Stock: 0 Sign On: 0 Relocation: Pending Thoughts? I planned on asking for 10ku more base pay and that’s it. Since it’s more of an entry level position they don’t seem to have much wiggle room with sign on/stock.
I'd ask for a 10% base increase instead of a set dollar amount... And give a solid reason: investing 3 years of standard merit increase blah blah blah...
I asked for a range 10-20% higher base pay also mentioned I would be cool with a signing bonus or stocks to get me there.
