What's the good, the bad, and the ugly in sales recruitment? I get a message from a new SaaS sales recruiter almost every week. Happy with job right now but curious how best to leverage.
If the company they are pitching looks even remotely interesting, make time to connect even for a few minutes. If the role they are working on now isn't a good fit you are starting to build a relationship with someone who will keep your preferences in mind. This means you will never have to look for a job again - they will just be presented to you. Put yourself in a position where you can make decisions about your career based on options, not necessity.
Agreed Conversations and building connections can only benefit you
Has anyone tried CloserIQ for a saas sales job? How was the experience?
Lying about time in sales versus account management, earnings potential versus OTE pay, company trajectory, etc. recruiters are salespeople, so don't believe what you can't confirm in writing as a condition of your employment. Never sign a non compete
