Level is L6. I will have another manager report to me.
Not L6, but L8. “Senior manager” is like tech lead slash manager, which is the half way to be a full time M1 manager - “Director”.

Yes, currently a Sr EM as well, at a smaller company.
Very good offer. Sr manager is equivalent to lead member of technical staff.
