Hello Blinders,

I got an interview call for Salesforce Senior MTS position, FrontEnd Engineer role.

First round is a HackerRank test named "Aloha 4 - Coding Challenge" for 2 hours duration.

Do anyone have any idea on what to expect here? What to practice/prepare for? Would appreciate if someone can share some sample questions.

YOE: 4.5 Years.

Would appreciate any ideas!

Just remember to start the call with β€˜aloha’ instead of hello, that’s the key ...

Involves reading and understanding the question, building some form of a small utility tool (depending on the challenge you get) that is functional. Probably bonus points if you could write some unit tests around it if you have extra time.

It will be a very lengthy and descriptive problem. Something that you have never seen. Key is to be patient while you gather requirements. Then look at existing pattern you can apply. Just be patient. It's not difficult but lengthy.

What is the cutoff for the test to clear? Do they expect all functionality to be implemented?
