I’m prepping for the final presentation. i was wondering what is the TC for Toronto. This is a presales architect role. yoe: 13 yrs ps: already checked out levels.fyi and couldn’t find anything relevant.
More than $350K
Are you including stock in this? I was offered this job but have yet to discuss comp. from what I have gathered on various salary sites 260-280k OTE is common with the salary/bonus being 70/30 (so for 210 base, bonus would be 90 for round numbers). There can be signing bonuses from 10-30k and typical stock RSU’s look like 60-100k and vest 25% per year over 4 years.
Yes i am including stock and bonuses
@CYPU21 or anyone in this forum can please explain what is on-target-earnings for Principal Enterprise Architect in Toronto/Montreal Region. I would really appreciate insights on this. What amount of RSUs and signing bonus one can ask for ? Is Principal Enterprise Architect equivalent to a Sr. Manager or Director level in other consulting firms such as Accenture or Slalom? What is the next level after Principal Enterprise Architect ?
following
I know the role, but havent ever heard comp numbers, My guess would be $250-350k, there is a commission aspect which will add variability. It is a more senior role though, not many are in this position, it is basically the highest technical pre-sales role I believe.
The hiring manager told me there was a master principal level above it. I get your point and thanks for the insight!!
Ya, i believe enterprise is like the director role and master is the senior director. Note dont confuse this role with the program architect or engineering architect role when looking for comp. post your offer would be curious to see a real data point.
