Does Salesforce give annual stock refreshers? Msft's annual bonus includes cash + stock award(vests over 5 Years).
That is all true..when you negotiate your initial offer you get good set of rsus with that. At that point your TC is set for next 4 years. Most people don’t stay at a company for more than 4 years. That’s why Even though not having rsus for everyone everyear sucks, it’s not that big of a stinger.
At prior companies I was used to frequent refreshes (sometimes multiple times a year).
Dont plan on RSU...plan on leaving around 4 year mark
This feels very one percenty. It’s frustrating not to have a vested share in the company.

Why are women naked in gym?
No. If you're top 10% maybe. No guarantees and most people don't get refreshes afaik
Really?
Talked to a director there and he said it gets decided at VP level and only about 20% of people get equity as part of perf review (so, refreshers, basically) Yet another reason why Salesforce is a tier 2 tech company - at FAANG and others, everyone meeting expectations usually gets something. Also, beware how the engineering quality & culture varies wildly between teams. Salesforce is a mashup of acquisitons, varying cultures and lots of tech debt.
