Amts get 125k base and 85k rsu. Mts get around 140 base, 100k rsu. 10% bonus for both. Smts is about 125k rsu and base probably around 160k.. 15% bonus and unlimited pto

Difference between amts and mts is that new grads with masters get mts where as undergrads get amts.

25k generally but all depends on your negotiation skills and require hiring manager approval. Have seen people with 50k and 75k bonuses, excluding relocation. Relocation can add another 25k

Key is having competitive offers. If you don't save those, no reason for them to give you more right?

Salary of 154 which seems relatively good for MTS. This is Bay Area. No signing bonus

Your base is higher but for screwed on rsu and signing bonus. Minimum the bonus is 25k.

Would you say my total comp is sub-standard for MTS?

Without taking into account the bonus, it pretty much evens it out. If an mts gets 145k base and 125k rsu, that puts their total comp at about 190k. You're at like 187k. You should have negotiated for higher rsu and bonus, did you try to?

That being said you're getting paid higher than 70% of the mts.. Everyone that's been at Salesforce for 2 year+ is getting underpaid.

I did negotiate the RSU up from like 65k initially. Didn’t try to negotiate bonus
