Salesforce SMTS expected comp?
What comp (base, stock, bonus) should be expected/goal for SMTS at Salesforce? Coming from outside of the company. Bellevue, WA

$140 to $170k, 15% bonus, $75-120k RSUs over 4 years. Like others said, SMTS at 3 YOE is unrealistic for someone joining from outside of sfdc
Does Salesforce do signing bonuses or stock refreshers? How do you recommend I go about negotiating?
Yes for refreshers. However based on org, level, manager, performance. Higher level you are the more likely and more RSU's you get. It isnt like FANG where they just give you refereshers for turning up to work. Use competing offers to negotiate.
