I am up for the 3rd round of interview which is a panel presentation round for Sr. Program Architect position. What should I expect in the panel round? What kind of TC can I expect?
Thanks...that is less than what I expected. My expectations for the role was around 200 K base, 300 K RSUs and 50k bonus.
Are you making that equivalent at deloitte? I feel like most architects there are $200k with $50k bonus and no stock....Salesforce could match 325k TC,but that would be director level, which is rare to be hired into for PA, but if you have a CTA or similar could make sense... If you get an offer, would love to hear it my numbers could be stale and the people I know are getting punked...
I am making exactly the amount you described for deloitte but I was looking for a bigger bump which is probably not gonna happen.
Hi i have a panel interview coming up, can you please share your experience, thanks in advance

What is the appeal to NVIDIA?
Use to be the base for sr pa capped at 175k, bonus is standard across the board, stock is the wild card and varies by region, but what I have seen think 50k-150k in rsus over 4 years. PAs also use to have a spot bonus that could go to 15-20k a year, but I havent heard about it this year... Your region can change this greatly as PAs can be anywhere.. TC should be higher than Deloitte unless you are a partner...
