Help me evaluate ! Shall I go back and negotiate with Microsoft?

- Microsoft DOyu71I would negotiate with Ms. The offers are pretty close given ms has consistent refreshers and Salesforce doesnt as far as Ive been told. The midpoint of the range given for both stock and bonus is generally what you can expect for adequate performance (obviously higher performance will get more). Just tell them you have the other offer and you need the 300k rsu... you could probably even say 350 to make up for the difference in sign on or ask them to match that as well. Might get you 300/80.
- Salesforce mailitCongratulations! That's a crazy good offer from Salesforce. I'm LMTS, and I don't get paid that much. Yes, don't expect refreshers here. It's given more regularly at higher levels but not SMTS.
- I hear Salesforce wlb is real nice. Unlikely to get RSU refreshers though
