Salesforce Vs Microsoft offer

Salesforce:

200k base
300k RSU / 4 years
100k sign on bonus / 2 years
15% Annual bonus

Position: SMTS
10 yoe
Location: Sf
Work: CRM (relational DB)

They level me down from PSE.

The process is too slow and recruiter not professional at all.

Microsoft:
205k base
250k RSU / 4 years
60k sign on bonus
0-30% annual bonus
0-48k RSU refresher

Work is big data related.
Location: Sf

Awesome experience with recruiter and overall process.

Help me evaluate ! Shall I go back and negotiate with Microsoft?

Microsoft is more prestigious than Salesforce, if it affects your decision.

I would negotiate with Ms. The offers are pretty close given ms has consistent refreshers and Salesforce doesnt as far as Ive been told. The midpoint of the range given for both stock and bonus is generally what you can expect for adequate performance (obviously higher performance will get more). Just tell them you have the other offer and you need the 300k rsu... you could probably even say 350 to make up for the difference in sign on or ask them to match that as well. Might get you 300/80.

Congratulations! That's a crazy good offer from Salesforce. I'm LMTS, and I don't get paid that much. Yes, don't expect refreshers here. It's given more regularly at higher levels but not SMTS.

Thanks, why salesforce level me down to SMTS ? I am PSE at current role.

Also LMTS, same base, hired last year with 1/2 that RSU and 1/4 that sign on. That’s a great SMTS offer.

Yes. I think you'd be crazy to not negotiate when you have a competing offer.

That’s the highest for SMTS I’ve seen yet.

In Salesforce, it depends on the cloud you will get into. Also, Refreshers are not that great. Also, if you are cool going to downtown everyday except Thursday

You cannot go wrong with any of them, two great companies. Salesforce has a great culture and WLB, unlimited PTO for SMTS and higher and interesting challenges if you're in the right teams. Congrats!
