Salesforce internal career fair
Folks from Salesforce, I've heard about the annual 'internal career fair' at Salesforce. I'm curious to hear some first hand experiences. Have you switched more than once using the fair? How easy/hard was the process? How are the interviews set up? Formal or informal? TC: 140K

Entirely depends on the team. It might be ds algo or maybe design questions. Depends on your experience also. Design is very common if you are at senior role. If you are at a junior role then it may be more about coding skills. On an average 2-3 rounds.
I think that's fair. The only bummer is the no change in TC.

But sometimes it is about opportunity. You may be stuck in an area with little growth. The new place may have a huge opportunity for you to grow.
It’s not annual. It’s 3 times a year. I’ve done it once after a year. About to do it again after another year. Interview process depends on the team. Expect a couple LC questions.
Damn 3 times a year? That's pretty cool actually. Do you renegotiate TC at change?
