I am applying for roles in salesforce via salesforce job portal and i always get reject with in a day or so. Could that be really because i am not fit for the role and no one really cares to llok at who applies on job portal. I am definitely applying for roles that fit my experience
Work authorization maybe ?
I heard salesforce in particular mostly draws from their referral pool. I get auto rejected too so definitely not you!
DM for a referral
Thanks will do
Improve your resume
It happened to me as well in the past. Don’t think they take the applications through the portal seriously.

Applying online is a crapshoot. The recruiter can reject you for any arbitrary reason. Maybe they don't like your name or the school u went to. Get someone to refer to increase chances of being considered.
