Salesforce lmts offer
Got an offer negotiated as lmts: Base: 205k RSU: 185k/4 years Bonus:15% TC: ~285k Is this a reasonable offer for lmts, what are the salary bands like for pmts & architect?
Yes they are quite competitive, more so than what I gathered from blind. 6 years of experience

I have seen from 180k to 230k base for pmts. Salesforce is getting more competitive recently so recent numbers must be higher. Return offers for this year interns can go from 130k to 150k base depending on performance so I expect new hire pmts to earn a lot more.
Which team/cloud? Base is near top of band, RSU is competitive but has room to grow with competing offer. Would be easier to request a sign on.

LMTS can be over 300k
Last year LMTS offer I got 190 base 180k RSUs. But the stock went up 60% in a year so it’s worth a lot more now. Great company.
What is the location for 205K base lmts?
