Director of Product, San Francisco Base: $225 Bonus: 20% RSU: $150k total over 4 years (or, 37.5k/yr) Recruiter said that she could probably push up the base to $230k and the RSU is maxed out until I can show a competitive offer or unvested equity I am leaving on the table and even a that it would be $20-30k max total. Seems to be on the low side but I would like to request current employees to evaluate.
Every one is a director in salesforce. It is not like google
That RSU is like an average new grad SWE offer at FB...
Jeez, el cheapo on the RSU at least double the amount on RSU.
stay away
FvzL66 - what offer would you recommend to negotiate? What kind of RSU ? Base ?
The only good thing about this offer is the title. Total comp is $307k. This is basically an L4 (maybe low L5) offer. So this is an offer for PM or Senior PM.
That is a very fair offer
Well now we’ve heard from recruiting.
No, sadly that’s fair for Salesforce. Actually above what most get.
The fact that they are willing to increase rsu’s is a good sign.. it’s weird that they want a competing offer to increase it. if you are willing to move away from the offer you give them a final offer.. if they don’t match you should be willing to walk out.
