Hi, Wondering if anyone can share some insights about how refreshers work at salesforce. What would be the typical range for an Sr or Lead MTS that meets expectations? TC: 230K YoE: 3
Doesn’t exist That’s why WLB is fabulous
Salesforce doesn't really give refreshers. If you're deemed a top 20% performer then they'll toss a few your way every 2 years, but it'll be a quarter of your original RSUs at best. Refreshers seem more correlated with higher rank. The system is designed for people to leave after 4 years, then come back and get full refreshers and a pay raise. I don't know why they're stupid enough to design the system this way. It just pisses people off. The numbers must show it saves money
So refresher won't be significant unless being promoted?
Promotions don't typically come with RSU refreshes.
There's a thread on the SF channel asking those who have 0 RSUs to post. It only has 2 people and 1500 views which might mean most get refeshers at some point.
I got 60k in rsus 1.5 years in. Came with promo
That’s not refresher
For Salesforce standards, yes it is. It's the only time most employees receive more stock. And even then most promotions do not have RSU refreshes.
In India, Salesforce refreshers are pretty good, have a friend working there, initial grant was 35k and refreshers was 38k on completion of first year only. He has 3 Yoe now. I have my friends working at LinkedIn, Ms, Google etc. Afaik the best refreshers in India are there at Salesforce.
How much are LinkedIn refreshers in India ?
