Good leadership? It’s been commented here more than once that e-commerce has notoriously terrible leadership. It’s a bunch of yes mans who follow marching orders from the top man

Awful. Just plain awful. You will definitely regret it. Even if the initial TC looks good, trust me when I say they will nickel and dime you from day one. And they don't give a crap about people...layoffs and restructuring happen every year so dispatchers and execs can hit their number.
Agree to all of the above. Plus, to the guy who was defending Kal Raman, he's one of the most conceited people I've ever met! He never spares a moment to remind anyone how great he is, how he came from humble beginnings and how many celebrities like him. He once said Howard Schultz consulted him before running for president last year when nobody asked him about either Howard Schultz or Starbucks or politics. To add to this, he has an army of sycophants under him incapable of any original thoughts or ideas. So all in all, a shit show. Please avoid SEA. SRA is slightly better but even they're undergoing extensive restructuring.
Can’t say it any better! During the latest all hands when someone asked why AI would change Samsung e-commerce he literally told the guy “if you don’t know AI now you will be out of a job”. The guy has a trail of failures in his past. I’ve heard he was fired from Xome, not resigned voluntarily, due to harassments. He has been clinging to his Amazon resume when he was hired to transition a ton of infrastructure and development to India, and that was more than 15 years ago. Of course he was canned in a little over a year. If he’s an all star he would still be reporting to bezos at Amazon.
Well you can join but lot of restructuring is going on. Risky if you are looking to settle for 3-4 yrs
