Sf is an absolute shit hole. People openly defecate on the streets and shoot up in public. Who in their right mind would raise a child in this environment? This is what happens when Democrats run a city, I expect it’ll go the same way of Detroit

I moved to this city 4 years back and love it. It's a sad to see the state of it. Though I think Civic center has improved in past few years. I occasionally volunteer for city cleaning and sincerely wish those homeless would leave SF or die
Make california separate country
Maybe if the locals let the city build housing, tech folks would be more interested in staying. Also pass laws to clean up the dystopian homeless situation

SF has been actively passing legislature for affordable housing units that will take time to catch up and meet the demand. London Breed, the SF mayor, is actively focusing on the rehabilitation of homeless, instead of passing them through the prison/hospital cycle that has way higher infra costs.
