Sde2 amazon offer
I got SDE 2 at TC 270k for first year . is it worth joining? It is an increment of about 25% from what I make currently. Is there room for negotiation? Location : Seattle Yoe : 10

That’s like the top of the range but I think 285k is entirely possible if you have competing offers.

Location should be Bay or NYC? 270k is at the high end of the SDE2 band even if it’s premium market

This is your only time to negotiate so you must. Once you join Amazon, the increments every year are pretty low and obviously non-negotiable.
