Searching for jobs in a non technical role
Really frustrating that all companies don’t follow similar levels or naming conventions for non tech roles. Searching for specific roles in marketing leads to results for the dumbest shit. Dream world is where I could type in Acquisition Marketing Level 4 and see the right roles across companies. PS. Fuck HR people labeling EA/secretary jobs as marketing - what are you on?
