I have opportunity to work for Seattle - coupang team, but remotely from Mountain View office. How much remote work is embraced in coupang culture ? Especially in Seattle office ? Should I need to be worried about anything in particular?
Same as almost every other places , one HR Phone screen, one technical phone screening ( 45-1hr) , one day in-person with five different 45mins interview session . The way I understand, they look for candidate to have attitude to learn & collaborate and operate in start-up culture as well embrace that coupang is growing bigger out of startup as well. Since mine is DE/DA role, mostly analytical thinking question and off course advanced SQL questions.
It would be great to know your experience about Coupang interview process
