Assuming you stay in Product management. London, hands down. more and more PM roles are opening up both in globals and local EU start ups. Relatively easy to get work visa sponsorship (valid and transferable, just make sure you get the right visa type of you’re relocating ). Compensation is high compared to the local market (don’t compare to West Coast, you’ll get cold feet). The biggest plus? You’re 2-3 hours flight ( or train) from anywhere in Europe, endless events, culture, shopping and great restaurants from every cuisine you can think of. Every other EU country (maybe except Holland) you’ll be in a tricky situation without speaking the local language.
You think I had a shot getting amazon to do a visa sponsor me as a new hire? Associate level analyst here, only speak English. Would love to move to London.
If you apply to the international role directly, then yes... visa is their problem. I know a few friends who got hired to roles in Luxembourg and amazon sponsored the visa

Are you planning to work there or just hang out for a few years? What languages can you speak? Are you white/Indian/Chinese/...?
Work there. We have a global team that’s hiring, so considering the move. Don’t speak anything but English. Born and raised in North America. Lived in the Middle East for a bit
assuming you're white from assuming born and raised in North America answers the race question
